Built a prospect-research platform for teams that need source-backed leads instead of duplicate or unverified lists.
Business Problem
Lead lists were often duplicated, missing source evidence, or filtered so narrowly that useful local businesses and social-first brands disappeared before review.

Next.js/Supabase review dashboard, a Dockerized FastAPI/Hermes research worker, async Job Orders, durable run memory, callback batches, and quota-aware ranking across public maps, websites, trigger events, and lookalike searches.
Architecture and Data Flow
The review UI owns authentication, workspace state, persistence, queues, schedules, audits, review gates, and execution requests. The isolated runner owns bounded reasoning, public research, structured output, and runtime callbacks. Stale-state recovery, idempotency, and heartbeat updates preserve truthful long-running work.

Permissions, Guardrails, and Human Review
Research only. Live outreach and external actions remain behind explicit approval, preflight, target-match, unlock, stop, and audit contracts. Deduplication happens within campaigns, not across unrelated sources.
Testing and Verification
Recovered stalled and duplicate work, restored a controlled run to 20/20 valid nonduplicate leads, and passed app and runner regression suites with typecheck.
